Payments are due on or before your due date:

• Payments can be made in-store or over the phone
• Auto pay is available for most accounts
• Since your due date is set according to your payday, please notify your account manager if you payday changes so we can make your payment plan work best for you.

Can’t make a payment:

• If you are having any issues making your payment on or before you due date, contact your account manager immediately, if you don’t there is no possible way to help your account. Remember being past due on your account causes a fee.
• The best way to have an excellent experience, earn great rewards along the way, and get best customer service possible is to simply contact your account manager before you are past due. 

Don’t need anymore time to pay:

• If need no more time to pay on your items you can use the Early Purchase Option at any item. It’s an option that allows you end your rent to own plan early for a discounted price. Simply contact your account manager to learn more.

We are here to help you, but please remember we can only provide our service to you if we can contact you. Please notify your account manager of any information changes so we can give you the best experience possible.

• Each rent to own plan on your accounts is contracted to your current address and it is very important for you and our staff that you notify your account manager before you move. Remember we only serve the greater Utah area and we DO NOT do business outside that area.
• It is also very important we have your current phone number, if we are unable to contact you over an extended period of time it can be negative for your account resulting in a possible fee or eventual pick up of your items.

Our rent to own payment plans guarantee your items free of any defect, please notify your account manager immediately of any product issues that may occur so we can have your items in proper working condition as soon as possible.
